KMS Printers

On the 8th April, I place an order with Signtool/KMS Printers Manchester. On the 15th April, having not receiving the goods, I emailed the company for an update. The reply given was it had been posted on the 12th April. On the 24th April, still not having received the goods, I again email the company informing them that I had not received delivery and requesting a tracking number. On the 26th April, after not receiving a reply, I again emailed the company. On the 4th May, still not having received the order, or a reply to the previous emails, I instead, purchased the items from Travis Pekins. (much better service), and emailed Signtool requesting a refund. That day, I received a poorly written reply, blaming the postal service, and stating that they could not provide a tracking number. I was offered a replacement, or a refund. Obviously, they had not read the previous messages, otherwise they would know that I had ordered the items from a competitor, and therefore a refund was required, and requested. Shortly after, I received a email, claiming that they were closed fro a week, and that when they returned they would refund my money. On the 23rd May, I emailed the company to remind them that I was still waiting for the refund. Not worthy of a single star. They are a complete shower!
