Poor service, rude customer services and charges for their faul. I bought laminate flooring from the website but the company deliver to me different type of laminate ( different brand and company name also completely different colour) I discussed the issue with the company and they insist it is the same inspite of it is clearly labels different name and totally different colour. And when I return it with the driver they did not refund me the full money but they charged me for delivery and for returning back . They advertise in the web some thing they don't have and deliver any thing from their stock. It is very bad experience. I lost the trust from buying flooring from Internet but I will go to the shop and buy in person.
