CCM Motorcycles

This review is to express my frustration as a customer who was interested in purchasing a motorcycle, I actually even put down the deposit for the motorcycle. I waited 2+ years for the motorcycle and at the moment CCM was ready to ship the motorcycle I was overseas and asked for some time to make the final payment. They pressured me into making the payment or they gave me the option of cancelling the order and they would hold some money from the deposit but would give me the pending balance from my deposit, I decided to cancel the order. They have been giving me the run-around to give me back the deposit, and now they have decided to change the policies and will not refund me my deposit until they have sold the bike. I am very upset as a customer with there way of doing business. -Ector
